Dog Boarding and Daycare Policies

1. Boarding Overnight

  • Welcome: After 7am 

    • Time Must Be Scheduled

    • Earlier Drop Off By Request

  • See You Again Soon: Pick 'em up 7am - 10pm. 

  • Oops, Late: $15 per hour, up to $65 or 3pm 

2. Daycare

  • Welcome Anytime: 7am to 6pm (by appointment)

  • Oops, Late: $15 per hour, up to $65 or 3pm 

3. Start from your doorstep? Pick-up and Drop-off Services

  • Availability: Pick-up and drop-off services from and to your doorstep are available - Remember, schedule in advance is a must. 

  • Where are you? 

    • PineBook, Jeremy Ranch, Kimball Junction: 

      • Hello: Pick up at your doorstep $10

      • See you again soon: drop of $10

    • Park City and Hideout: 

      • Hello: Pick up at your doorstep $20

      • See you again soon: drop off $20

  • Preparation: Owners must have their dogs ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes delayed.

4. Cancelling or Changing? Missing All the Fun: 

  • Just Let Us Know: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Sorry, We Need to Fill Our Spots: Within 48 hours, it's just not possible to fill your spot, so a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost needs to be charged.

  • What Happened? No-Show: Clients who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5. Please Pay

  • Time of Payment: 

    • Day Care: Payment is due at the conclusion of service

  • Accepted Payment Methods: 

    • We accept cash or Venmo.

    • Checks are not accepted; no Credit cards

  • Late Payment: 

    • Late fee of $20 per day will be added for payments not received on time

6. Doggy Etiquette:

If behavioral issues arise that cannot be managed, we may need to ask for an early pick up - but we can usually handle it (but just in case, we wanted you to know).

  • Personal Items: 

    • All belongings will be labeled

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 

7. Doggies Need These:

  • Vaccination Records: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided before the first stay.

  • Health and Behavior: Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious diseases and parasites. Dogs must not exhibit aggressive behavior.

  • Age Requirements: 8 months or older; housebroken; ability to be on their own for up to 2 hours

  • Spaying/Neutering: for dogs that are not spayed/neutered, special arrangements will be made.

8. Visiting Your Pup?

  • Visits: We can schedule between 10am and 3pm - by appointment - for about 20 minutes because we have to remember the other dogs and being respectful of neighbors too. 

9. Special Pups: Requests and Accommodations

  • Dietary Needs: 

    • We will accommodate all dietary requirements 

    • Owners must provide specific instructions for all feeding 

    • Owners must provide sufficient food for the length of the pet’s stay. 

      • Fee may be charged if we have to get additional food

        • Be aware, it may not be possible to obtain the exact food normally served

  • Medication Administration: 

    • We can administer medication as needed. 

    • All medication must be clearly labeled with the dog's name, dosage, and administration instructions.

    • Note: We can not administer medication by injection

  • Special Needs: Please inform us of any special needs your dog may have (e.g., mobility issues, anxiety) so we can make appropriate accommodations.

10. Emergencies, Safety First

  • Emergency Contact: Owners must provide an emergency contact number.

  • Veterinary Care: In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner or the emergency contact. If neither can be reached, we will take the dog to the nearest emergency vet clinic. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

11. Liability Waiver

  • Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to other dogs, staff, or property.

Waiver of Liability: By using our services, owners agree to waive any claims against our business for injury, illness, or death of their dog, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
